The Benefits of Moving Out and Moving On

I’m moving out and moving on.

Actually, my family and I are moving out and moving on.

We have moved a number of times and each time, it has been a unique experience.

This move is not any different.

But in a positive way.

As with the other moves, the timing is never perfect and there are always a million and one things going on at the same time.

Not quite that many things, but it certainly can seem that way.

People can look at moving as a burdensome task.Boxes

Yes it can be, but what are the benefits of moving?

Here are seven cipro 500mg benefits of moving:

  • It gives you an opportunity to get rid of material items that are no longer useful or important.
  • You can find lost items.
  • It helps you to be organized and strategic.
  • It gives you a fresh start at your new place.
  • Moving can be great exercise.
  • You can revisit great memories through old photo albums or memorabilia.
  • It helps you to focus on the positive things that you do have in your life.

What has your experience been with moving? I would love to hear your comments.

I am currently in the process of “moving on”. I’m closing a 22 year chapter in my life. I’m selling a business. My experience is a lot like how you describe moving. Thank you for sharing your process.

As a military brat I’ve moved numerous times. Even in my adult life i’ve moved multiple times. Packing and moving is so much work but is cathartic. Each time I’ve been able to reaccess what things in life really matter and let go of the rest. It feels good every time. We moved into our current home 7 years ago this month and I hope to be here for many, many more years. I’d like to put down some roots …real roots.

Thank you for the comment Pebbles. I forgot to mention that I was a military brat as well, moving numerous times. I think cathartic is a very appropriate word that you used to describe the packing and moving process.
