Dancing Hot Dog, Pirate Ship and An Unidentified Flying Object
Have you ever seen those old commercials at the movie theater that entice you to go to the concession stand before the movie starts? It usually had a hot dog dancing.
How about a pirate ship like the one at Disneyland at the Pirates of the Caribbean ride that merges out of the fog and darkness?
And what about the theories of the UFO?
A dancing hot dog, a pirate ship sailing in front of me and an unidentified flying object. They are larger than life. I have experienced them first hand.
When I was so tired I couldn’t see or think straight.
It’s amazing what you see when you haven’t rested.
I’ve made some pretty foolish decisions in my lifetime and one of them is not getting rested and putting myself in dangerous situations.
Like driving really late at night into the wee hours of the morning after a LONG day and LONG night at a conference
One blink and I swear I saw a pirate ship sail right in front of me.
Blink twice and that UFO was coming my way. That was scary.
Driving while buy cipro no rx extremely tired. Foolish and dangerous.
And since when do hot dogs have arms and legs and dance in front of you?
Only in that commercial in the movie theater when you are coherent.
The above scenario was brought back to my memory because my family and I recently did a last minute drive to Las Vegas to help a friend out.
And the question was, do we immediately make that almost 4 hour drive back to save money on a hotel even though we would be so tired we couldn’t see straight? The commercial popped into our minds .
We stayed and that was a good decision. Driving in daylight is more pleasant and the time allowed for some productive thinking with a fresh mind.
What would you have done? What decisions have you made that you look back on and learned lessons from? I would love to hear your comments.
